Step1: Click in ” Settings”, Click on “Performance”, Click on “Review” ” Create Review“ 

Step 2: – You can either create it Manually or with the help of AI. Select” Review cycle. 

Step 3:- “, Select ” Performance parameters 

Step4: You can select at what organisation level you need for organisation level should be implementing to review the PMS. 

Step 5:- , Select “Callibration process” and then you an preview the cycle if need changes you can do that and then click on “Initiate Now”
