HR forms the franchises

Your departments, regions, or cross-functional teams become competing franchises - each with a captain, a color, and a name. The system balances teams intelligently using skill and seniority data.

The season is set

Three rounds across one quarter. Quarter Finals, Semifinals, and the Final. Each round has a theme that aligns to your organization's highest-priority goals for that period.

Teams declare their stretch

Every employee voluntarily selects a priority to stretch on. They commit publicly. Their franchise score depends on how far they go - 70% qualifies, 100%+ earns the bonus multiplier.

The whole org watches

A live leaderboard, AI match commentary, milestone stories, and a War Room for each franchise. The Happening Place becomes the most visited screen in the product - before 9am on a Monday.

Results compound
