Azure DevOps Integration with Worxmate
Introduction:
The integration of Azure DevOps with Worxmate offers a comprehensive solution for managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) while leveraging development and project management data from Azure DevOps. This guide will walk you through the process of configuring the integration and setting up automated check-ins for your OKRs based on your Azure DevOps data.
By connecting Azure DevOps with Worxmate, you can:
- Track OKRs related to software development, project milestones, and deployment targets
- Automatically update key results based on real-time Azure DevOps data
- Align your development and operations teams with company-wide objectives
- Generate insightful reports that combine OKR progress with DevOps metrics
Azure DevOps Integration steps-
Login to Worxmate account
Go to the Settings page.
Redirect to Integration in settings and turn on the toggle for Azure DevOps.
Open Azure DevOps and select your project.
Select the Pipeline section and click on Configure Hub to set it up.
You’ll need a Personal Access Token (PAT). Click on Get Personal Access Token to be redirected to the token page.
Click on New Token, generate it, then copy the token. Return to the configure page, paste the token into the input box, and click Submit.
Go to the Boards section and open any work item.
Select your period and objective, then click on the Link button to see the options for linking your Key Results (KRs).
Choose the type of link, and your KR will be linked.
To unlink a KR, simply click on the Unlink button.
Now selecting above anyone your kr will get linked
