Zoho People Integrations

Welcome to the user guide for integrating Zoho People with Worxmate. This integration streamlines HR processes and enhances operational efficiency by leveraging Zoho People’s robust human resource management capabilities.

Purpose

The zohopeople integration is designed to simplify HR management tasks, enabling organizations to manage employee data, payroll, performance reviews, and more in a unified platform. This integration facilitates seamless communication and data exchange between zohopeople and Worxmate, enhancing the overall user experience.

Steps to Configure the Zoho People Integration

Step 1: Log in to Worxmate

• Open the Worxmate application.
• Log in to your Worxmate account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Integration Settings

• Go to the Settings page.
• Select the Integration tab.
• Click on Zoho People from the list of available integrations.

Step 3: Add Connection

• After configuring the integration, you’ll see the Zoho People option.
• Click on the Add Connection button to proceed.

Step 4: Grant Consent in Zoho People

• You’ll be redirected to the Zoho People consent page.
• Select your Zoho People account, log in, and accept the consent request from Worxmate.
• Once approved, you’ll see a confirmation that the connection has been added successfully.

After that you will see Connection has been added.

Step 5: Sync and Manage Connections

• You will now see two options: Sync and Update Connection:
  • Sync: Click to view the number of users added, removed, or updated between Zoho People and Worxmate.
  • Update Connection: Use this option to pause syncing whenever required.
