Introducing ‘Home Page’ for Enhanced OKR Management:
Stay on top of your OKRs and effortlessly track & update actions to drive impactful results. The Home screen is divided into four main sections to help you navigate quickly. You can collapse or expand them.
Summary Dashboard: Quickly assess on-track Objectives, KRs at risk, Behind KRs, Pending Check-ins, and Total Tasks’.
Need Attention: List of OKRs at risk that need your attention to get them back on track.
To-do & Overdue Tasks: Identify overdue tasks and prioritize your to-do tasks.
Notifications: Effortlessly navigate notifications with a filter for clear categorization.

Objective Total Score
Total Score is rated at 5 and encompasses four components:
‘Objective Progress’ carries a value of 2.
‘Valid Objective’ carries a value of 1.
‘KR Progress Median’ carries a value of 1.
‘Alignment’ carries a value of 1.
With each element contributing to the overall score, the Total Score of 5 reflects a
comprehensive evaluation, combining objective achievement, validity, key results progress, and alignment.
Organization type OKRs
Create & track your overarching objectives with the newly unveiled ‘Organization’ type:
Introducing ‘Organization’ type OKRs for seamless creation and tracking of overarching objectives. Now, effortlessly synchronize and monitor key goals across your entire organization, fostering cohesion and driving collective success.
P.S: Only authorized users can create OKRs i.e. CEO/MD, or the OKR Champions specified by the admin.
OKR Champions are key advocates of the OKR methodology, guiding teams, providing support, and driving successful implementation.
KPI Based Key-Results
Harness the power of KPIs within your OKRs for impactful results:
The revamped KPI feature in our platform brings a centralized KPI Library in settings, facilitating role-based access for creating and categorizing KPIs organization-wide.
Role-based access in settings for KPI creation, editing, and deletion.
Centralized KPI Library: Users sort KPIs into ‘Improve’ or ‘Reduce’ categories and maintain a range.
No more standalone KPIs—introducing a purpose-driven KPI-based KR concept.
P.S: KPI Boards have been removed and an advanced version will be available in the next release by the first week of Feb 2024.
Input-based KR
Experience automated roll-up functionalities for Task-based KRs:
Input-based KR provides a simple way for organizations new to OKRs to get started by focusing on completing important inputs and rolling up the progress from associated input tasks to progress a Result.
Revamped OKR Access Management
Structured access to OKR creation and Settings:
Access to OKRs is now structured based on the organization’s hierarchy, allowing OKR owners access to data and administrators access to settings and configurations.
The concept of Primary owners and co-owners has been discontinued with this release.
Only the OKR level/single owner i.e. (ORG, Department, Team) will own the Objective.
KRs can have multiple owners from across the org structure.
In the future only CEO/HOD (OKR Champions)/Team Leads will be able to create/edit/delete the OKRs with the introduction of 4 OKR levels i.e.
1. Organization Level (Introduced in this release)
2. Department Level (upcoming release)
3. Team Level
4. Individual Level
You may face issues with the OKRs that were jointly owned earlier, the primary owner will be the sole owner.
P.S: Only the Authorised OKR owners/OKR Champions can create/align/edit/delete the OKRs.
Personalize Task Progress and Manage Configurable Data
Personalize your Kanban board Task progress status by setting custom names to align with your terminology and efficiently manage configurable data with ease through the ‘Master Data’ section in settings.
Supercharged Key Results
Custom Dates for Key Results
Set custom dates for Key Results, providing you with flexibility in managing timelines.
P.S: KR custom dates must be within the Objectives period duration.
Multiple Owners for Key Results
Assign multiple stakeholders across individuals and teams into the ownership fold to achieve Key Results, enabling collaborative goal management.
Currency Progress Type for KR
Introducing a new progress type: “Currency” – monitor your currency-based Key Results effortlessly.
Unveiling Target vs. Actual Progress Graphs
The relational Graph instantly captures the relationship between your target and actual progress, revealing trends and insights at a glance.
Total Score
For Both Objectives and KRs, the total score is typically Calculated as an Average of 4 components based on the progress made, Validity, measurability (only for KR), and alignment.
Inline Edit
Provides an option to edit the task just by clicking on the name.
