Content Marketing (Intern)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread various types of content, including blog posts, articles, website content, case studies, whitepapers, and more.

2. Storytelling: Develop captivating stories that resonate with our target audience and effectively convey the benefits of our products and SaaS offerings.

3. Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to create content that is informed and relevant.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand product features and benefits, ensuring accurate and persuasive content.

5. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engines.

6. Quality Control: Maintain high standards for content quality, consistency, and accuracy.

7. Content Calendar: Contribute to the development and management of a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content.

8. Learning and Growth: Stay updated on content marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve your writing skills.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

2. Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior content writing experience is required.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Strong creative and storytelling abilities.

5. Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.

Sales Development (Intern)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, identify their needs, and schedule product demos or meetings for our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in sales, gain valuable experience, and be an integral part of our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various channels, including online research, social media, and cold outreach.

2. Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via email, phone calls, and other communication methods. Tailor messages to engage potential clients and create interest in our offerings.

3. Qualification: Conduct initial conversations to understand prospects' needs and pain points, ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions.

4. Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos, meetings, or calls with qualified leads for our sales team.

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and prospects in our CRM system.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation processes.

7. Learning and Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior SDR experience required.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Enthusiastic, proactive, and a willingness to learn and grow.

5. High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. Basic understanding of CRM tools or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.

Integration Developer (Intern)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proven experience in FSD and added advantage if has Integration Developer experience, with a strong focus on integrating DevOps, Jira, Asana, GitHub, Microsoft teams, Slack or similar platforms.

2. Proficiency in using integration technologies and tools (e.g., API, RESTAPI, Webhooks).

3. Strong programming skills in languages such as NodeJS, Java, DOT NET, Python, JavaScript, or others commonly used in integration development.

4. Experience in NoSQL database (FireStore, MongoDB)

5. Knowledge of data harvesting concepts

6. Knowledge of data micro services

7. Knowledge of any messaging system like GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka/RabbitMQ

8. Knowledge of data transformation and mapping techniques.

9. Experience with version control systems and source code management (e.g., Git).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Quick learner, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

2. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

3. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions
