Zoho CRM Integration with Worxmate 

 

Introduction: The integration of Zoho CRM with Worxmate provides a robust solution for managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) while leveraging customer and sales data from Zoho CRM. This combination allows businesses to align their customer-centric goals with their overall strategic objectives. This guide will walk you through the process of configuring the integration and setting up automated check-ins for your OKRs based on your CRM data. 

By connecting Zoho CRM with Worxmate, you can: 

  • Track OKRs related to sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention 
  • Automatically update key results based on real-time CRM data 
  • Align your sales and customer service teams with company-wide objectives 
  • Generate insightful reports that combine OKR progress with CRM metrics

Authentication

Configuring Zoho CRM Integration in Worxmate 

Log in to your Worxmate account. 

 

    

 

 

 

Navigate to the main menu and select Settings. 

In the Settings menu, find the Integrations section. 

Click on the Zoho CRM integration option. 

 

 

 

Adding the Connection:  

 

Click the Configure button for Zoho CRM. 
 
 

 

You will be prompted to log in to your Zoho CRM account. 

 

 

      

     

Note: If you don’t have a Zoho CRM account, you’ll be redirected to the Zoho CRM signup page to create one. 

Accept it to access the account. 
 
 

After allowing the prompt, you will be redirected to Worxmate, where you can see your connection has been added. 

 

Auto Check-In 

Go to the OKR section in Worxmate. 

 

 

 

Now from Auto check in select ZOHO CRM  

 

 

Now select your workspace and get the value and click on check box for check in with current value and save it  

 

 

 

Now you see your check in on KR
