Working with Objective, Editing an Objective
To Change the owner of an Objective and associated Key-Results you either need to be:
The current owner or joint-owner of the OKR.
The Team manager in case the OKR is of type Team
The Manager of the user who owns the individual OKR.
Note: Make sure the User you want to assign the ownership is not archived and is active member.
