I am unable to create or add a team?
Adding a team
To be able to add, edit or delete a Team you must have either an Admin or a Super User access role type assigned to you by your management.
If you have added a team under a Parent team then please click the parent team drop box to search for your added team.
You must add teams with unique names as teams entered with same name wont be added.
Even after these credentials or role types if you are unable to add a team please contact witsmate support team through Help and Support icon on vertical menu bar.
Note: A Basic User cannot add, edit or delete a Team under any circumstances.
