Advance Reports with Interactive Dashboards, System Reports with detailed summaries, Download Reports & Favourite a Report.
The “Insight” feature offers a powerful suite of tools designed to provide comprehensive insights and analytics into the adoption, progress, and performance.
The “Insight” feature comprises of four key components:
1. Advance Reports
Explore Interactive PowerBi Dashboards.
The Advance Reports component of Worxmate’s Insight feature provides a rich data visualization experience through Interactive PowerBi Dashboards.
Users can dive deep into their OKR data with features such as drill-through, cross-filtering, focus areas, and spotlights.
This component goes beyond traditional reporting by offering the ability to download and interact with the data, enabling users to gain actionable insights from the OKR performance.
Advance Reports has 4 interactive dashboards and by default showcases the combined progress for the current and next periods for them:
OKRs Adoption: Comprehensive picture of how the ” entire organization, Team Portfolio, or Primary Team” is functioning across various periods.
User’s Overview: Get an overview of a user’s adoption & performance across Team types & Individual OKRs easily.
Team Type OKRs: How a Team Portfolio or Hierarchy is functioning across various durations.
Individual Type OKRs: Offers a thorough examination of your complete “staff across the organization” or a detailed examination of “Managers & direct reports across various timeframes.”
Note: Use the filtering option to review reports for different timeframes from current, Future & Past trends.
2. System Reports
Dive deep with detailed summaries.
Dive into a world of detailed summaries that are just a click away & experience the power of data with our System Reports feature.
Experience the thrill of the instant refresh, empowering you with real-time updates.
Take charge with primary team drilling & drill out to view data for all the Teams you are part of.
Select/unselect diverse data fields from the drop-down to craft your perfect report, and utilize advanced filters that let you delve into different levels.
Unveil deeper insights by drilling down with managers, all alongside our 9 default filters.
Note: System Reports offers the flexibility of enabling users to select multiple OKR periods, different managers, apply custom team filters, and utilize custom data fields.
System Reports offer:
User Adoption Report: Uncover individual journeys with the User Adoption Report, and switch to the primary team or all the Teams with a button.
Teams Adoption Report: Review team triumphs with the Team Adoption Report.
Users without Team: Unveil Users without any team assignments.
OKRs Adoption Summary: Holistic overview of your entire organization in the Summary Report.
3. Favourite a Report Section
Users can customize their reports, save & access them with just a click.
The “Favourite a Report” section within the System Reports feature allows users to Customize and save reports.
4. Download Reports
Effortlessly export your OKR insights in Excel format.
The “Download Reports” component enables users to export their OKR insights in Excel format:
Team Type Report: Choose a specific team to download their respective OKRs. However, if no teams are selected, the system will download OKRs for all teams.
Individual Report: Dive into individual achievements and growth.
User Adoption Report: Track individual OKR journeys.
Team Adoption Report: Download team wide OKR successes and trends.
Tasks: Export Tasks for a particular date range.
