What are Tasks, Kanban Board to track progress and Creating a Task
Tasks are a component of Key Results, that are used to determine what needs to be done to reach your Key Result’s and eventually the Objectives.
Similarly they are a part of a project and determine what needs to be done to achieve a project successfully.
Tasks can be associated with KR’s, can be associated with Projects or they can be independent.
Whenever a task is aligned with a KR, tasks progress does not roll up to a KR’s progress, unlike Key Results and Objectives.
