WORXMATE
Strategy Execution Consulting • Global Presence
Every year, thousands of organisations adopt OKRs. Most of them fail — not because OKRs do not work, but because implementation without experienced coaching produces compliance, not alignment.

Research shows that only 26% of executives believe their strategy execution is effective. Industry data is unambiguous: over 70% of organisations that adopt OKRs abandon them within 18 months.
Not because OKRs are the wrong framework. Because OKRs were treated as a goal-writing exercise, not as an operating system. When teams scale from 50 to thousands, informal alignment mechanisms collapse. Departments build silos. Cross-functional dependencies tangle.
We do not teach OKRs. We build your permanent execution operating system — one that aligns leadership, eliminates cross-functional friction, and delivers measurable business outcomes quarter after quarter.
Our Core Directive
OKR Coach & Strategy Execution Consultant
Madhusudan — known to his clients as “Maddy” — is a strategy execution expert and OKR coach with over 25 years of experience helping mid-to-large enterprises bridge the gap between strategic intent and operational reality.
Over the past decade, Madhusudan has coached OKR implementations across more than 50 global organisations spanning 10+ industries — including technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, financial services, and sports across APAC, the Middle East, and Europe.
What makes Maddy different from every other OKR coach: he did not just study OKRs — he co-built a company around them. As Co-Founder and CEO of Worxmate, his coaching is not theoretical. It is informed by the real data, failure modes, and success patterns of organisations running OKRs at scale.
Maddy co-built an OKR platform from the ground up. He understands implementation at the system level. No other independent OKR coach in India brings this depth of product engineering and coaching experience together. His advice is drawn from what he has seen work inside hundreds of real implementations.
Having coached across 10+ industries, Maddy understands how a SaaS company’s OKR failure differs from a manufacturing firm’s. That pattern recognition — built across pharma, retail, IT, sports, and finance — ensures tailored, high-integrity framework design.
Every consulting engagement is amplified by Worxmate’s DEEP AI™ framework — giving clients access to real-time execution intelligence, AI-assisted goal quality scoring, and early risk detection that no other OKR coaching firm offers.
The explicit goal of every engagement is that you do not need a consultant permanently. Madhusudan builds internal champions and self-sustaining operating rhythms in every program. Most clients run their OKR system independently within one to three quarters.
It turns strategy into a living operating system rather than a one-off planning exercise.
Convert high-level intent into precision-engineered OKRs with AI-assisted clarity scoring.
Real-time tracking with automated early-warning signals to identify blockers before they compound.
Data-backed reviews that foster radical honesty, separating genuine wins from vanity metrics.
Cycle insights into compounding organizational intelligence for faster future alignment.
Five of the most common OKR implementation failure patterns — and exactly how we resolve them.
Your leadership offsite ended with full alignment. Six weeks later, every team is showing green on the dashboard — and nothing is actually moving. The OKRs exist. The execution doesn’t. The problem isn’t effort. It’s that OKRs were added on top of how you already run.
You ran the workshops, hit 73% adoption in Q1, and called it a win. By Q3, business leaders had their real goals in spreadsheets, and OKRs had quietly become an HR compliance exercise. You own the failure of something you were never fully empowered to drive.
The strategy is clear. The OKRs your teams wrote have almost nothing to do with it. Sales is optimising pipeline. Product is counting features. Everyone is doing good work — none of it adds up. The gap isn’t a communication problem. It is a missing translation layer.
You chase updates, run meetings, and watch agendas collapse into firefighting. The OKR process is your responsibility. The authority to drive it is not. That is not a personal failure. It is a structural one.
Your team shipped everything last quarter. Velocity was at its peak — and the outcome barely moved. Because “Launch Feature X” is a project milestone with a new name. The problem is not what your team builds. It is what you measure.
Three tiers designed to match your organisation’s maturity and internal capability. Powered by DEEP AI™.
Architecture for First-Time Rollouts
Ideal For: Companies (50–10k employees) starting out or recovering from failure.
Chief of Staff & Capability Building
Ideal For: Growing companies building self-sustaining accountability loops.
Fractional CoS & Full Ownership
Ideal For: Companies where the CEO is operationally bottlenecked.
Helps organisations design, implement, and sustain OKRs as an operational system. Most internal rollouts fail within 18 months due to missing expertise in dependency mapping, executive alignment, and rhythm design.
Training is a one-time knowledge transfer. Coaching is an ongoing engagement working alongside leadership through live cycles, surfacing blockers, and building internal capability. Training gives the map; coaching gets you to the destination.
Common modes: OKRs written as renamed KPIs/projects; no dependency mapping; linked to performance ratings (incentivising safe targets); no operating rhythm; lack of a trained internal champion.
Worxmate’s proprietary coaching framework (Define, Execute, Evaluate, Plan). It turns strategy into a living operating system rather than a one-off planning exercise, embedded with AI insights.
KPIs measure ongoing health (are we healthy?). OKRs measure ambitious change (are we growing?). Most organisations need both.
