How do I align individual goals with business objectives?
Step 1: From the Homepage, Navigate to the Performance Homepage:
Step 2: Go to the “Goal Analytics “Section and click on “ View Goals”:
Step 3:The Goal Analytics window will appear where the existing goal will appear.
To align the goal with Business outcome’s that is OKR’s Click on the “Attachment Icon” As highlighted in the picture:
Step 4: An Alignment window will appear where select the OKR period and the level from where you want to align, click on “Search”:
Step 5: OKRs of that period and level will appear and then click on “Align”. At last click on “Done”:
Step 6: The final window will appear will display where the goal will appear with the aligned KR:
