How to calibrate performance across teams?
Step 1 Open settings, click on ” Performance”, click on “Calibration settings”
Step 2: you can “Create the calibration group” across team make “Owners”, HR Admin will initiae the calibration process and owners can provide their ratings.
Click on “Create” A following window will appear from where you can select the Name, Department and Owner for the calibration process, and click on Add.
HR Can initiate the “Calibration Process” and Owners Can then start given their review In bell Curve,
