Do I receive notifications or reminders to update key results?
Configuring Personal Details, Will I get reminders for already updated OKRs? How does the check-in required alerts/reminders work?
Yes if you have enabled the email notification option in the Personal settings screen.
Also, the Personal Settings screen can be used to notify OKRs due as per the selection in email notification section of the profile settings as shown in the below figure.
