The AI collects data from multiple sources such as employee ratings during 1:1 meeting, goal ratings, OKR ratings, and skill assessment scores. Based on this consolidated information, if an employee’s overall rating exceeds 4 out of 5, the system categorizes them as a Top Performer.

To see this in the system the steps are follows:

Step 1: Go to the Performance Homepage and navigate to the Top Performance section on the right side and click on “View IDP”:

Step 2: The window will appear where it’ll show the parameters on which AI has suggested the top performers:
