How do employees access their IDP/PIP details?
Step 1: Go to the Performance Homepage and navigate to the Top Performance section on the right side and click on “View IDP”:
Step 2: The window with proposed IDP will Appear, click on the IDP:
Step 3: The complete IDP window will appear, where employee can access their IDP Details.
