Once all the assessments like, Self-assessment, Peer assessment (optional), managers assessment, matrix manager assessment (optional), Manger’s manager assessment (optional) completed and Employee Sign, Manager sign off is done then after the last step that is HR sign off is done, the review cycle automatically gets closed.
